Pulasthi brings over 20 years of architectural experience across Sydney and South Asia, with a strong track record in delivering projects from feasibility through to completion. Prior to cofounding Read Studio in 2022, he was Design & BIM Director at Design Group Five Colombo and worked in leading Sydney practices. Pulasthi has a keen eye for identifying opportunities and forging strong, lasting connections between key project players, ensuring strategic and meticulous planning, implementation, and delivery.
Ruwani brings over 20 years of architectural experience across Colombo and Sydney, with a strong track record in residential and diverse architectural projects of varying scale and complexity. Before establishing Read Studio in 2021, she worked with leading architectural practices in Colombo and Sydney, developing extensive experience across design and project development. Ruwani is a passionate designer with a strong conceptual approach, combining clear design direction, strategic thinking, and a holistic perspective to create well-balanced architectural outcomes.

He brings strong expertise in design leadership, project coordination, and technical delivery, guiding projects from feasibility and concept through to construction while balancing design quality and commercial requirements. Poorna also has extensive experience in project management, contract administration, technical detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination, with a strong focus on delivering well-resolved and buildable outcomes.
Lelum is a Graduate Architect and 3D Visualizer with 3 years of professional experience, contributing to projects across Colombo, Sydney, Singapore, and Sri Lanka. He supports projects from feasibility and concept design through design development and delivery, with a strong focus on architectural documentation, 3D modelling, visualization, and design communication. Lelum brings strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative approach, supporting senior architects and multidisciplinary teams in developing clear and compelling design outcomes.
Asela brings over 15 years of experience in BIM management, architectural and structural documentation, supporting projects across Sydney and Sri Lanka from early design through delivery. Asela has worked across feasibility, concept, schematic, design development, and project delivery, with a strong focus on BIM standards, coordination efficiency, and documentation quality.
Ridma brings extensive experience as a BIM Modeler and AutoCAD Draftsperson, contributing to projects ranging from small-scale developments to large and complex architectural projects. She has supported the preparation and development of architectural drawings and digital models, contributing to efficient documentation and design coordination across project stages.
