Prioritising amenity and quality of space, thoughtful layouts with clarity and flexibility are favoured over trendy embellishments and overly detailed façades, resulting in homes that are enduring and desirable in the long run.
This residential development is as much about carving out a clear parcel of land as it is about designing the building itself.
The project carefully reorganises the ground plane by navigating varying site levels and multiple entry points, and neatly absorbing existing parking and services in basements, establishes a coherent order for the site and a harmonious coexistence: two simple volumes that stand elegantly within a pedestrianised, shared garden setting.
