17 architects, designers, and 3D artists — led by founding directors Rohan & Anjali Read.

Why

To restructure how architecture, BIM and visualisation collaborate on a single project — start to finish.

A note from the directors

We didn't start the studio to draw houses. We started it to keep design conversations open — between client, builder, and the small army of consultants who shape a building.

Our work spans residential, hospitality, cultural and temporary structures. We're equal parts careful (BIM-led documentation, post-occupancy reviews) and curious (sketchbooks, marquees, the quiet pleasure of a well-detailed corner).

Studio established in a two-room flat in Chatswood.

2014

First Houses Award commendation — Bondi Pavilion.

2017

Colombo studio opens. Visualisation becomes a discipline of its own.

2021

Full BIM standards rollout. Documentation re-imagined across the practice.

2025

142nd commission completed. Sydney Festival marquee announced.
