BIM at Read isn't a deliverable bolted on at the end — it's how we draw, model and check the project from day one. We provide standalone BIM services to architects who'd like our toolkit on their work.

Site surveys, planning checks, and a context dossier — climate, neighbours, materials, light.

Concept, schematic, and DD in lockstep with BIM and renderings. Always presented in person.

How early should I bring you in?+

Earlier than you think. We're at our best when the brief is still a sketch — well before a site is purchased or a planning lodgement is filed. We offer paid feasibility studies as a first step.

Do you work outside NSW?+

Often. We've delivered projects across Victoria, QLD, and overseas through our Colombo studio. Travel and consultant costs are itemised transparently.

Can you take over an existing project mid-stream?+

Yes — particularly common for visualisation and BIM. We perform a one-week handover audit before quoting, so you know exactly what's being inherited.

What's your sustainability approach?+

We work to NABERS & NatHERS targets on every residential project, and we publish carbon estimates with our DD sets. We're a Climate Active certified small business.
